Well, they say the Human mind is the strongest weapon. Our brains can literally be our best friends or our biggest enemies. Daily tasks, thoughts, and beliefs are controlled by our minds. Training our mind is like training muscles or parts of our body. With time it only gets stronger. There are two parts to our mind or brain-Conscious and subconscious mind. The conscious mind is our logical and reasoning mind and the subconscious is our memory bank. Basically, how we behave or act today, in the present, is because of our subconscious mind. Sleep meditation is one of the best ways to reprogram your mind. Listening to positive affirmations such as “I am happy, I am wealthy” trains your mind to actually believe in abundance. Reaffirming things, you desire before sleep or things you want yourself to change such as saying “I am a confident person, I handle difficult situations easily”. You will be surprised how your mind will change your personality into a confident person or the results that you desire.
Audit your life. Detox your mind from watching series or movies which are harmful or negative. Your diet not only physically but mentally should be clean.
